AySync Labs · Formula No. 01
Everything we make starts from the same formula: trust, craft and people. Scroll to open the flask and see what's inside.
Ingredient 01 · Trust
The ajo circle you grew up with, now on your phone. Every contribution is recorded and every payout arrives on time, so nobody has to chase anyone.
Ingredient 02 · Craft
Our founder worked with GTCO UK via Andela. He worked directly with DA Systems UK and 1Valet as an independent contractor. AySync Labs consults for Avantech, Malta via Castille Resources.
Ingredient 03 · People
ScaleCraftDev turns curiosity into skill. More than 50 tech enthusiasts trained so far, plus company teams at Terraform Lagos.
The result
A product, a platform or a team that needs to level up. Tell us what you're working on.
What we do
AySync Labs builds its own products, takes on hard engineering for other companies, and trains people to build for themselves. Each arm makes the others better.
Our own software for real everyday problems, starting with how communities save money together.
Engineering consultancy for banks and product teams: internet banking, payment systems, frontend architecture and staff tech training, in the UK, Malta and Nigeria.
ScaleCraftDev trains tech enthusiasts and company teams to adopt technology and build things themselves.
Products
We build our own products and use them ourselves. Every product we ship teaches us something we bring to client work.
Save together. Get paid on time.
Millions of people already save through rotating contribution groups (ajo, esusu, adashe). HAJOR keeps the tradition and takes away the hard part: chasing payments, keeping records and worrying about who gets paid when.

We help tech enthusiasts become builders.
ScaleCraftDev is AySync Labs' training arm. We run practical sessions for people breaking into tech and for company teams adopting new tools. You learn by building real things you can keep using.

Portfolio
Our own products, and consultancy for teams where downtime costs money and trust takes years to earn.

HAJOR · Nigeria
The ajo, esusu and adashe circles people already trust, run in an app: contributions from your own wallet, verified members, payouts on rotation and every naira tracked.

5-a-side club platform · Lekki, Lagos
One platform running the 5-a-side clubs playing on pitches across Lekki. Each club gets its own branded portal for match days, standings, player stats, awards, payments, fantasy and monthly newsletters.
98 players and 16 match days tracked at CSB Soccer Buddies alone.
GTCO UK · United Kingdom
Our founder worked with GTCO UK through Andela, helping build the Personal Internet Banking (PIB) and Business Internet Banking (BIB) platforms, their bulk payment system, and most of the bank's internal apps.
1,000+ UK-Nigerian customers and businesses bank on PIB and BIB.
Avantech · Malta
AySync Labs consults for Avantech in Malta through Castille Resources. As lead frontend developer, Ayodeji built most of the frontend frameworks Avantech's product teams use today.
Every day the shared foundation their product teams build on.

How we work

I started AySync Labs to build what I kept seeing missing: software Africans can trust with their money, and more people with the skills to build it.
Ayodeji is a senior full-stack software engineer and an award-winning author, with a first-class degree in Computer Science from AAUA. He worked with GTCO UK through Andela, helping build the Personal and Business Internet Banking platforms and most of the bank's internal apps, and full-time with GTCO Nigeria. He worked directly with DA Systems (UK) and 1Valet (Canada) as an independent contractor.
Today AySync Labs consults for Avantech in Malta through Castille Resources. Ayodeji has led several development teams, holds more than six Microsoft Azure certifications including Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, and is head of the E-Tech Committee in his estate, one of the high-end estates in Lagos.
